By using Adsideo.AI, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any additional beta instructions we provide.

Beta Product

Adsideo may be provided as a private beta, preview, or early access product. Features may change, break, be limited, or be discontinued before general launch.

Accounts And Access

You are responsible for keeping your account, license, password, and device secure. Do not share private beta access unless we approve it.

Subscriptions

Paid plans, trials, renewals, taxes, cancellations, and refunds may be handled by our payment provider. Subscription access may be connected to your user ID or account email.

Acceptable Use

• Do not reverse engineer, resell, overload, or interfere with Adsideo.
• Do not use Adsideo to violate laws, privacy rights, workplace rules, or third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, payment checks, or security systems.

User Content

You keep ownership of your content. You give Adsideo the limited rights needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the product, subject to the Privacy Policy and product controls.

AI Output

AI suggestions may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, medical, financial, employment, or safety decisions.

Disclaimers

Adsideo is provided "as is" during beta. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
