Information We Collect

• Website and waitlist information, such as email address, page views, referrals, and device/browser metadata.
• Account information, such as user ID, email, subscription status, and support messages.
• Payment information processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Product diagnostics, crash logs, license checks, and opt-in feedback needed to improve reliability.
• Local Mac context processed by the app, such as screen/audio/file context, when a feature is enabled by the user.

Local-First Product Data

Adsideo is designed to keep sensitive work context local-first by default. If a feature needs cloud processing, beta users should receive a clear product notice or control before that data is sent.

How We Use Data

• To provide the website, beta access, authentication, subscription checks, and customer support.
• To improve product quality, security, reliability, and onboarding.
• To send product updates, launch notices, and transactional messages.
• To comply with legal, tax, fraud prevention, and security obligations.

Sharing

We may share limited data with vendors that help us operate the service, such as hosting, analytics, email, payment, and support providers. We do not sell personal information.

Choices

You can ask to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information by emailing founders@adsideo.ai. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails.

Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including product operation, security, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

Children

Adsideo is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product changes. Material updates will be reflected by a new last updated date and, where appropriate, additional notice.
